This hotel in not 4 star
In general: Having stayed in many hotels both in Spain and throughout Europe, we always book 4/5 star hotels. I have never known the poor level of service in any other hotel that we encountered at Los Bracos. Location and surroundings: The hotel is difficult to find by car (due to the hotel being located in a pedestrian area) despite the use of up-to date sat-nav and an very experienced map reader/navigator, suggest more road signs are erected to assist. Having said that the hotels location for Logrono and its attractions is very good. Service: See dining below. When we checked-out, we advised the person on duty of the situation regarding the breakfast (day 2). She apologised but suggested because we had booked via the internet, she could not reduce for the cost of the none breakfast x 2 days? Did not even suggest the addition cost we paid for the car parking was waived (31€)! Dining: Breakfast was a joke! Allegedly served till 10:30am. DAY 1 We arrived for breakfast at 9:30 No hot food No bread No pastries No cold meats The milk was warm UHT (still in the supermarket style plastic bottle) never, ever have I seen this in any hotel anywhere in the world, regardless of the quality of the hotel. All the tables were not cleaned from the previous diners/no cutlery! No member of staff attending the breakfast area! I went to reception and advised of the above situation, the Person on duty said he would sort out the issues. After about another 5 mins wait another member of staff brought out some clean plates and glasses. I asked again for the food to be refreshed, she nodded and brought back some bread and nothing else! After another 5 mins we left the restaurant hungry! DAY 2 We arrive for breakfast at 9:15 Situation exactly the same as day 1, although a plate of 6 pastries did arrive and were gobbled up by the 3 other diners After picking through the best of what was left to eat, we once again left the restaurant hungry. No one at reception to alert of the situation on this day. Sports and leisure: N/A Room: The room was very hot and the A/C struggled to keep the temperatures to an acceptable level, even though the outside temperature was around 25 degrees during the day and 19 degrees over night, I would not wish to experience this during the full heat of summer. The bath towels were paper thin and rough to the touch - one had a rip/was frayed at the edges. Our room was on the 3rd floor, however the noise from the street below (until 4am) was not acceptable, the double glazing is poor and does not reduce the outside noise sufficiently. No Tea and Coffee facilities in room Useful tips: Look on google maps the location of hotel before journey. If you want breakfast - get there at 7:30!

Very well situated in the center of the town. Free Wifi.
This is not a 4 start hotel, more a 3 star. The rooms are small with old furniture. The beds are very hard. When i had breakfast the staff is not friendly and will not help you (strange). The hotel is hard to find, it took me at least 1 hour to find it with a car with navgation. there is a very small street, where you think you cant enter but thats the road to take.

The location is excellent, near to Calle Laurel and all the pintxos bars and historical sites of Logrono. The room and bathroom were large and clean. The breakfast was also quite good.
We booked a Wine Cellar package which came with a bottle of wine and a visit to a bodega. The wine was nice, but the trip to the bodega was impossible if you didn't have a car and the hotel didn't provide transportation. The hotel, while fine, is not 4 stars.

great place to stroll from with parks and tapas nearby
We stayed just last month and loved being only a few steps from Calle Laurel, where we enjoyed delicious tapas, and the picturesque Parque del Espolon, perfect for a peaceful walk after exploring the city's historic sites. The rooms were clean and spacious, ideal for a single traveler looking to recharge after a day of sightseeing.
